Preparation Workshop

Updated to reflect the Third Edition of PMBOK®, this course will provide an overall understanding of the application of project management processes. It will cover the project management framework, professional responsibility, product, and project life cycles. Nine knowledge areas covered include project scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk, procurement, and integration management. It will cover thirty-nine processes, their inputs, tools and techniques, and outputs.The Project Management Institute? Is process for certifying individuals for the Project Management Professional designation will be covered in detail.

Students will be registered for and required to use the on-line study aid,

to complete class assignments.

Upon completing this course students should be able to:
